(not marked but this is from Lemont Illinois), picturing a baby and a milk bottle, in n-mint unused new old stock condition. Couple of spots/bumps. Size is 4” x 9 1/4”. Scans show the front, back is blank. The black border is so all the edges can be seen and is not part of the ink blotter itself.
