The letterhead is folded inside the envelope which has been opened across the top. Nice clean letterhead. Envelope has a few tiny edge bumps/spots. Scans show the whole letterhead and both sides of the envelope. Size is 8 1/2" x 11" on the letterhead and 4 1/8" x 9 1/2 on the envelope.
