REFUND/RETURN POLICY

 

You will get the item you paid for or you will receive a full refund.

I have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for refund. Returns are only accepted if the item is different than pictured or described.

To start a return for refund contact me at mistercola@charter.net or by phone at 660-525-9049. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned to me in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions
I cannot accept returns for refund for any other reason than those described above.


Refunds
I will notify you within 24 hours once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 24 hours. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
