Vintage placemat, HOT 'N TOT COFFEE SHOP RESTAURANT (not marked but this is from Lomita California), older one picturing the restaurant and people dining, in n-mint unused new old stock condition. Few edge spots. Size is 14" x 10". Scans show the front, back is blank. The black background is so all the edges can be seen and is not part of the sign itself.
