Nice clean needle pack, envelope has a few wrinkles. Size is 3" x 4 1/4" on the needle pack (folded up) and the envelope is slightly larger. Scans show the front/back and the inside of the needle pack along with the envelope. The black border is so all the edges can be seen and is not part of the needle pack itself.
