Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mistercola. I take great care in my packing and shipping and I will do my very best to insure that your package arrives quickly and safely.  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute my shipping policy.

 

DOMESTIC and INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

 

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed for shipping within 1 business day to insure prompt delivery. Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays. In the event of a delay in processing your order you will be contacted via e-mail with the details.

 

Shipping rates

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location. All rates will be clearly visible before you pay. If there are multiple choices you may choose which option best suits your needs.

 

In Store Pickup:       Available at no cost (Contact Us to make arrangements)

 

Delivery Time Estimates for the continental United States

 

USPS First Class Package:     3-5 days

USPS Priority Mail:                2-3 days

USPS Express Mail:                 1 day

UPS and Freight:                     Varies by service and carrier (e-mail for estimate)

 

International Delivery Time Estimates for most countries

 

USPS First Class Package International:       7-30 days

USPS Priority Mail International:                  7-14 days

USPS Priority Mail Express International:    5-7 days

 

International shipping is available to most countries and rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times will vary greatly depending on the destination country. Import duties, tariffs, taxes and fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyers responsibility.

All U.S. and most international shipments will come with tracking. The tracking number, if available, will be e-mailed to you when your order is shipped. If a tracking number is provided, you will be able to follow the progress of your shipment at parcelsapp.com

The above delivery times are based on carrier specific estimates. Holidays, weekends, weather, pandemics, and a variety of other factors can delay delivery of your shipment so these are just estimates. Please check the tracking number at parcelsapp.com or the carriers website for more accurate and up to date delivery times.

If an item should happen to arrive damaged please contact me immediately for further instructions at mistercola@charter.net. If your shipment has insurance, any claim must be filed, by the buyer, with the carrier.
